少女时代（Girls'Generation）是韩国SM娱乐有限公司于2007年推出的女子流行演唱团体，由金泰妍、郑秀妍、李顺圭、黄美英、金孝渊、权侑莉、崔秀英、林允儿和徐珠贤9人组成[1] ，现以8名成员的形式展开演艺活动[2] 。 2007年8月5日，少女时代发行首支单曲《再次重逢的世界》正式出道，并于11月1日发行第一张同名专辑《少女时代》[3] 。2009年发行首张迷你专辑《Gee》，在乐坛走红[4] 。2011年6月发行首张日语专辑《Girls'Generation》，并于2012年6月获得日本唱片工业协会百万专辑正式认证[5] ；同年10月19日发行第三张专辑《The boys》。2012年4月，少女时代首次推出团体小分队TaeTiSeo [6] ，发行迷你专辑《Twinkle》。2013年1月1日发行第四张专辑《I Got A Boy》[7] 。2014年2月24日发行第四张迷你专辑《Mr.Mr.》[8] ；9月30日，少女时代的经纪公司宣布成员郑秀妍因个人事业与少女时代的演艺事业相冲突而退出团体[9-10] 。 少女时代的第二次日本全国巡迴「Girls & Peace~ 2nd Japan Tour」由2013年2月至4月在七个城市举行20场公演，动员20万人。是次演唱会以她们的第二张日文专辑《Girls & Peace》为中心，热唱了专辑中的「FLOWER POWER」、「Stay Girls」、「Paparazzi」，以及「GENIE」、「Gee」和「Run Devil Run」等人气日文单曲。 此版本附44页Photo Booklet和Special T-shirt(M码)。特别影像收入三首歌曲的舞蹈版影像和巡迴纪实完整曲目。

为了纪念在日本出道四周年，组合在东京巨蛋举办了一场名为“少女时代‘The Best Live’”的演唱会。2014年8月25日，SM娱乐宣布少女时代将在东京巨蛋举办日本出道四周年纪念演唱会。少女时代成为继Kara之后第二个在那里举办演唱会的 K-pop 女子组合。音乐会聚集了 50,000 名观众。这是在2014年9月30日退团的前成员Jessica缺席的第一场演唱会。
